This was a fantastic debut by Rose Carlyle, set against an imaginative and stunning Australian backdrop.

I didn't know mirror twins were possible! Apparently if twins separate too late this phenomenon can happen. We are introduced to Iris Carmichael, one half of the Carmichael twins, who is fascinated and envious of her perfect sister Summer Rose. The Carmichael family are extensive and the scene is set with the father's unorthodox Will when he dies prematurely. This Will sets in motion the events that culminate in an explosive ending as the progeny of Ridge Carmichael are now in a race to marry and sire an heir to receive the family fortune.

A turbulent sail from Thailand to the Seychelles and a tragic accident at sea means some hasty decisions are made and the game of subterfuge is afoot. What would you do if you were identical to your twin and they suddenly disappeared? This is the question Iris is posed.

Twists, turns and ulterior motives fill this page turner of a novel. Highly recommend!
