I found the first few chapters intriguing as it went from the past to the present time, a young woman trying to please everyone and get the attention she thinks is needed but then when she has grown up she tries to hide her past from everyone else, but I would love to find out what truly happened anc why she doesn’t want her husband or anyone else find out what happened and what she did.
