the cover of the book really stands out, the orange red vibe gives off a mysterious feel to the book and the use of faces helps to not give off too much!
at first i thought it was going to be a cross between wild child and pretty little liars kind of vibe, over done and filled with incredibly toxic friendships...however i was rightfully suprised when i found myself getting drawn into Ambs character, maybe because i see myself in her a lot.....i’m excited to read more, to see what actually happens along the way and to see if Laurie is able to pull off the story without it sounding like some mean girl cliche
