It captured me from the beginning, the references to what happened "that night" made me feel the need to read on. The switches between the past and present were seamless and the plot flowed so well, I knew exactly what the writer wanted me to know whilst still letting my mind question the possibilities of what happened and what secrets will unfold at the reunion.
The characters engrossed me, the mysteriousness of Sully and how she seemed to be such a big presence have a big impact of Amb's life yet have small interaction. Ambrosia and her closeness with Billie intrigues me as if she is the only other person Amb has confided with about her time at Wesleyan. That unknown of which night is going to be spoken about, I was left in suspense as a reader since the unknown of the main character's backstory and dark times.
