A really poor book with completely unlikeable characters who treat each other appallingly. The storyline is weak and the language is poor - too much swearing and not enough action. There is a huge amount of female on female bullying which is unpleasant to read. One girl is driven to "suicide" but, then again, maybe it was murder - the author does not seem to be able to make up her mind, she flits from one solution to another without ever firmly deciding which way to go. The final, climatic scene was cringeworthy, unbelievable and annoying. The ending is rather unsatisfactory as no-one seems to come out of it well. The female characters are unpleasant but well-written, the male characters make a token appearance but don't really add to the story. The plot is muddled and jumps around too much. I also found that there was not enough explanation to keep you aware of the time differences. Many loose ends were not tied up and the story, on the whole, was unsatisfactory. Sorry, not my cup of tea at all.
