Wow, what a book. I was completely hooked from the beginning and sped through it. The friendships in this book were dark and twisted and never quite as they seem.
All of the characters in this book were super interesting and complex. They all had insecurities that they were trying to hide, that were often quite similar and it is what made some of the girls so mean and manipulative. I enjoyed reading about these characters and learning about their lives.
I really liked that the book alternated between the past and the present, it was interesting to see that characters then and now. The writing style was easy to read and it flowed nicely.
The ending of ‘The Girls Are All So Nice Here’ shocked me and it was far from what I imagined was going to happen. The book kept me guessing from the beginning and when I thought that I had finally figured something out it turns out to be not what I thought.
This book was great to read, a great thriller. I would definitely love to read more of Laurie Elizabeth Flynn’s books.
