I thought this book was ok, not quite as good as I had hoped it would be, which was a shame as I was really looking forward to reading it - it had so much promise.
I didn't find that I really liked the characters at the start, but I was intrigued about what would happen to them.
There were times that men were talked about in a not great way, which I didn't like or really understand either. Maybe
I had thought that it would be more of a thriller type story, but found it really slow to start and not gripping
Shame as it had so much promise. I'm not sureI'd recommend it to friends to read, I stuck with it but not really my kind of book. I did enjoy some parts, but struggled with understanding parts too.
