The Good Luck Girls is an amazing book that shows the strength of women and sisterhood.
I felt that The Good Luck Girls is a fantasy mix with an old wild west feeling. The fantasy element with the magic of the veil that powers the raveners the tattoos and the vengeant. The old west comes from the location, law structure even the welcome house.
The Good Luck Girls is mainly told through Aster POV. One chapter is through Clementine POV as she is the catalyst. Aster is an interesting character who is driven by anger, love and protectiveness. These three things are seen in nearly all of Aster actions throughout the book.
Also the writing is engaging and the story has a good pace. As the girls are on the run the pace alters depending on the danger the girls are in.
One of my favourite elements of The Good Luck girls is that they are interesting group of girls.there All have their own stories to why they ended up at the welcome house. The girls are very different and bring different skills. Tansy is the medic of the group and I would like to no more about the medical treatment in their world.
