This is such a good start to a novel, I care about Anna from the get go. I want her to leave her boyfriend who clearly doesn’t appreciate her and want her to be able to get over her musical block, but most of all I want her to be happy. I will be interested to find out how her relationship with Quan starts and develops. A brilliant start that has hooked me right in!
