On reading just the first couple of pages of this book, I knew that it’s one that I was going to enjoy! I’ve read this author’s work in the past and have loved it! Suffering from anxiety and ‘people pleasing’, I can really relate to Anna’s mindset and would love to continue reading to see the outcome of her journey to getting better!
