This book is not for me. The cover and title immediately put me off, just for simply not being my kind of book. The text is basically internal monologue and pure angst. The main character is an adult but the levels of angst come across as though she is a teenager.
This does not mean the book is bad, it just simply not my style. The writing in the extract provided implies and easy and light read and thus should appeal to a wide audience.
