I always really enjoy historical fiction, especially for the Victorian time period. I haven’t read any of the other books in this series, but the first impression of The Heretic’s Mark has drawn me in. The main thing that jumped out to me when reading the first impression, was how easily Perry transported me to another time. I felt like I was surrounded by Victorian England. I want to know more about what happens to Bianca and Nicholas (and his accusation of treason). Who is the unusual lady they end up meeting?
