upon first reading, i noticed straight away that this seems to be the type of writing style i usually enjoy. from the start of chapter one, things seem to get tense straight away. i haven’t read anything previously in this serious so maybe i won’t be able to enjoy this one just yet, but i’ll definitely be catching up and checking out the other books beforehand
