I would never pick a book like this up but if there’s one think I’ve learnt from this site and book swaps - you never know and every book deserves a chance.
The blurb made it sound interesting and intriguing.
First impression for me was I didn’t engage and didn’t follow it. I think sadly, based only on me and personal choice not the author or writing, that this is not the book for me. It did well to get me to read the first impression though. I’d normally just pass it.
