Not my genre and quite far into an established series.

I have never been drawn to this series and given this is the fourth book I am expecting there will be quite a bit of back story that I have missed out on. I know little about Elizabethan politics, royalty or history and I personally found the first impression a bit highbrow for a relaxing read. All in all I don’t think this is a book for me.
