This was a DNF for me, don't get me wrong the synopsis sounded absolutely amazing and I really thought it would be right up my street!! But I just couldn't get into it at all, I'm not sure whether it was the writing style or I just couldn't get into it but I had to DNF not too far in. I would still be tempted to give it another go though and just to see whether it may have just been me at the time. I feel like it maybe wasn't something I expected, I expected something different and had a completely different impression of the book when I first went in!!! The cover still absolutely draws me in though, I love the colours of it - it seems so thrilling and mysterious!!!
I really wish I enjoyed this book rather than DNF it as it definitely sounded like something I would love but maybe it just was not the right time for me to read it!!! I may go back to it in the future.
