I ordered this book after reading the blurb and reviews and excitedly started reading it once it arrived.
And.... I wasn't impressed!
The writing style of the author is good and easy to follow, the storyline had great premise but I just do not feel that it delivered.
The ending felt rushed almost as if the author was trying to quickly trying to bring the story to an end within a certain amount of word count.
Because of this I probably wouldn't pick up another book by the same author, it was slow going in places and kept touching back on information and scene setting that wasn't really needed as it had already been covered previously and also a little unbelievable with the reaction of the husband.
I know the author is very popular but this book has not sold them to me.
