I had previously read both 29 seconds and lies by T M Logan and really enjoyed them so had high hopes for this book, and I was certainly not disappointed. Four university friends plan a holiday with their other half’s and children in toe having lost contact with one another in recent years. However, ,within minutes of arriving one of the friends discovers that her husband is having an affair.....with one of her friends.
What follows is a brilliant story full of many twists and turns, ending with several ‘omg’ moments in the last 15 pages. Most people will be able to relate to the main character and the ending left me questioning how far I would go to project my family, and in particular, my children.
