A holiday with friends... what could possibly go wrong?! This is the first book by T.M. Logan that I have read and it was a cracker. Fast paced and engrossing; the story of a week away with friends to celebrate the year they all turn 40. Lots of twists, turns and deception. This is an easy to read and highly engaging story. Whilst none of the characters are particularly likeable, they are interesting. The book is written mostly from Kate’s perspective but with insights from other characters along the way. The chapters are short and his helps keep the story moving along. I would recommend this for someone wanting a holiday read or a thriller with a more sunny setting. I look forward to reading more from this author!
