I had wanted to read this for a while after seeing many people recommend it, and I'm so glad I had chance to pick it up. They say not to judge a book by its cover, but the cover really drew me in and rightly brought it to my attention as the kind of book I would enjoy. I like how as the book progresses, we are led through a range of options as to the reason for Kate's husbands suspicious activities. Yet the book was never predictable and whilst the ending made sense, I hadn't guessed the ending earlier than it was revealed. I really liked the writing style and I was particularly happy that it felt that all questions were answered by the end of the book - I much prefer this to being left with unanswered questions after the last page. Overall, this was a book that kept me captivated from looking at the cover to reading the last word and I would thoroughly recommend it.
