This was the second book by TM Logan that I had read, just like when I first read The Catch I was immediately hooked by the story. There was so much suspicion and secrecy among the characters that I was unable to put the book down. I finished this book the same day that I started it I was that interested. There were many occasions throughout the book that I thought I had worked out the ending but each time I had a guess there was a twist or a turn so in the end my original guesses were far from the truth. I enjoyed how the book jumped between the different characters involved for each chapter, as this gave a chance to get a feel for each of the characters and I was able to feel build a connection to them. There was a lot of back stories with the characters but they all interlinked really well. I was sad when I finished this book as I really wanted more. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for an easy read it is definitely a great addition to your bookshelf.
