The synopsis and blurb of this book caught my attention immediately so I got stuck straight in. I was hooked straight away and finished it in a matter of days (I’ve just read the last 200 pages in one stint).
The book is broken up into each day of their week long holiday and the chapters are very short which I personally prefer. The writing style is mainly in the first person with some chapters written from other characters perspectives.
The storyline was great, I was trying to work out who was telling the truth, who was lying and how it would end throughout. I loved the ending and didn’t guess correctly as I was reading it.
Overall a very enjoyable read, one of the many things that is getting me through lockdown.
