If these people are supposed to be life long friends then I wouldn’t want to be their enemies. None of them really seemed to get on that well and were constantly making remarks which offended or upset one another. Why they decided to go on holiday together I can’t imagine!
I liked the premise of the book and usually this genre is the kind of thing I like to read. However, this book never really got going in my opinion. It was a long read to the last couple of chapters, when finally everything was revealed. The only reason I kept reading was because I hoped that it would pick up as I got a bit further in. The author does deserve some credit for the ending which wasn’t at all what I was expecting.
Overall if your looking for something easy to read, maybe on holiday, then this book would be great but if your looking for something more gripping then I would choose something else.
