My first T M Logan book but definitely not my last. This is another one of a clutch of novels paying homage to Agatha Christie but that doesn’t spoil the enjoyment of the book. It’s a quick read and you can feel the frustration of the main character. It’s centred around three couples, another friend and their assorted children. One woman is convinced her husband is having an affair with one of the other guests. There are a few interesting sub-plots running. It fairly races along and while you can guess a few of the twists, the main one was a complete surprise, to me at least. I know that TM Logan has written other books and I’ll definitely seek it out. Much as there was a bit of murderous intent it made me it h to holiday in a French chateau.
