I really enjoyed this book a lot. It has some suspense in some scenes and the topic is of my favorite trope, fantasy and magic which i find perfect. Then it also talks and involves a lot about animals which is also something that I love, and it also talks about politics and history, obviously the story is ficton but it does take topics of the original story of ireland, it just adds to it a little bit of magic. I must say I dont usually read books with no females as protagonists, but this book really got me. Not only it has some action and mystery, the protagonists are not one or two dimensional and the character development that you see is really noticeable and really good. This book shows you and makes you understand that being unique and a little bit weird is not something bad, on the other hand, it is something good and that makes you different and special.
