Very bizarre but interesting. This book is about a family who have magical powers. I thought that it was very well written and very descriptive. It had dark and creepy language.I like the characters, I thought they all have quirky qualities. I alos loved the setting of the very weird house and the words to describe it.I think the genre of this book is history and fantasy and I usually wouldn't read book with a genre of history but the unique cover and title pulled me in.
I thought the plot was good and I like the storyline. It was quite creepy and different from other books that you read. The story is very well written and what's really likeable about it is that it's a different and darker style of book. Overall I enjoyed the book and thought it was a good read.
