I'm a huge fan of Stacey Hall's books and was really excited to read the beginning of her latest book 'The Household'. The writing is really engaging slowly starting to establish characters and the period in which they inhabit. Halls does a great deal of research for her novels and I always learn so much from reading about things I'd never heard about before. I really want to learn more about Urania Cottage and the characters. I've really enjoyed what I have read so far and want to read more.
