Have thoroughly enjoyed Stacey Halls’ other books and the time period and context of this novel give scope for an amazing story so have “Great Expectations” for this read. Stacey always has a unique viewpoint and how she deals with historical challenges for women is thoughtful and thought-provoking. Can’t wait to see what happens in this one.
