Uranian house sounds like a brilliant place and a unique invention back in the 1800s.
I had no idea that dickens helped vulnerable women back then with such an interesting and progressive home. It makes me like him even more.
The storyline with Mr Dunn being obsessive was compelling. I am unsure if this is rooted in history too but it is amazing what men could get away with back then. And how he researched ways to get around the law.
I loved all the characters and how brave and determined the women were. I had no idea that they relocated women to Australia to begin their lives again.
