Wasn’t sure what to expect thought it might be purely strait laced and maybe Victorian. How different it was I loved it. You know when you open a page and you read it and you turn it again and again. Well this was it.. it was very pure and page turntable. The way it unfolded within the different characters made it one of the most endearing socially acceptable books I’ve read in a long time. It was sensitive to the subject objectively written with a loving heart. The ladies concerned thought that life had never dealt them a easy chance before but how wrong when different worlds collide how friendships can be formed in the most unsuspecting places and the follow up stories and endings can combine into beautiful writing such as this. Well read this book even when you hold it for the first time it feels old regal and readable. Different decades but beautiful.
