I really enjoyed reading the Ice House.

By the middle of the book I was hooked. From the moment that the unwell Johnny got on a plane I couldn't put it down. Suddenly the relationships developed. Friendships in unusual places, deeper understanding of the people fighting to keep the Ice factory going and the icy but strong relationship between Johnny and Pauline the two main characters that was tested to the extreme.
I felt like I was part of it all when reading and was quite sad when it ended. Like a soap or drama, I hoped there would be another episode!
