Last year I read and loved STAGS by M.A Bennett so it's pretty safe to say I've been incredibly excited for The Island. A teenage Lord of the Flies? LOST, but teenagers? I am not lying when I say teens (or anyone, I'm not fussy) stranded on an island is one of my FAVOURITE tropes, if not my favourite of all. This one especially sounds incredible because, like Link, I am a bit of a geek (and proud). I loved this first look and I can't wait to dive into the rest of this incredible book.
