Ill be honest - I don't like "Chick Lit" (whatever that is), so I wasn't expecting to enjoy this book - but I did. Maybe its because the first chapter about a daughter off to Uni was written so convincingly & mirrored my own experience. I liked Jen immediately - she is cynical in a nice way and the house was well described. I would read more
