I read this book all in one day, it was a pretty short book and I had a feeling it wasn't going to take me very long to finish it. It was such an easy read and I really did enjoy Lizzie Lovell’s writing style - it was very funny in parts - but I did find myself wanting a little bit more from it. I was reading on and waiting for something bigger to happen or at least have something to add a little bit more drama to the storyline. That’s not to put this book down at all because what it does have is done very well and I still did really enjoy reading this. This is a pretty, lovely summertime read that does not require overthinking or problem-solving, you can just read and enjoy a nice contemporary story.
