I didn’t dislike the book, but it wasn’t exactly one of my favourites either. It was a nice gushy “Feel good” romance nice to read in between some other pretty intense reads. I felt there was some parts which tended to drag on a bit and could’ve been a little shorter and some parts weren’t entirely crucial to the point of the book. With that being said, I did enjoy it and I did go onto finishing it. I loved the premise of the storyline and what the author was going for. For someone who loves gin themselves, I liked that it was based around gin essentially lol. The front cover is also adorable, very cute and something which will define get people to pick it up from selves in bookstores. Love how bright, summary and cute it is which definitely goes with the storyline. Therefore, I’d recommend it if you’re looking for something “nice” and aren’t too focused on reading something impactful.
