Very realistic and modern! Realistic because many people in this time may find the book relatable in a way and it is more likely to happen in real life. Some women may find it relatable because they have the same though process or worries which means they will probably find the book closer to their taste and will help them understand the plot of the book. It’s modern because of the slang and how the characters are presented, makes us feel closer to the characters. You can see both the main characters are enjoying this and already have mutual feelings for each other. The different POVs also helps us understand what both the characters are feeling. The details are long winded and helps us imagine the different scenes. I found it hard to continue reading if the description was too long but it helps in the long run because we get a better insight in the rest of the book!
