This was one of those books that made me feel something. I absolutely loved it when I first read it and reading the first look again here, I want to go read the book in full again.
The idea behind the book is cute. Stella is a highly intelligent, autist who hires an escort, Michael, to help her get better at physical intimacy with a partner. It was fun and filrty and light. Which always makes for a good romance book. But it also dealt with heavier topics such as autism. It was a good mix. Plot wise, however, not much happened besides Stella and Michael having her lessons in intimacy. But I personally didn’t mind or notice whilst I was reading.
I liked the romance between the two characters. I liked watching Stella learn all about love and grow comfortable with herself whilst also liking how Michael grew to accept himself. I really liked that you felt for these characters and could engage and emphasise with them.
It was a very wholesome story and I would absolutely recommend it to people.
