The story revolves around the main character 30-year-old Stella who suffers from Aspergers, an experience the author is familiar with, and her progression into sex, relationships, feelings and family. It's a fun book with an even better character that struggles with her identity as a woman with Aspergers and the change that happens through having relationships. The book is written lightly and is very moderate in triggers or themes, it's refreshing and you won't put it down. And most definitely is filled with romance and lots of heart-fluttering moments!
The writing is VERY descriptive and at times will get wordy, however, when you start reading a couple of pages it's much easier to get past. The book itself is set in modern times and the themes are very easily relatable to the audience. Overall, it's written well and is an entertaining read.
