This was my first taste of Helen Hoangs writing. I found the plot to be interesting with likable characters that you could relate to. Stella has autism and is high-funtioning. Her aspergers was a delight to read and fascinating to understand more on this syndrome. Having worked with children in the spectrum i found it endearing to read in which the way this was portrayed. The message was prominent throughout the book. Michael was swoon worthy and fit so well with the heroines personality. “I like you better than calculus, and math is the only thing that unites the universe.” The book was inspiring to read about the hero working in a male dominating field, and the hero having a job that is precieved as traditionally female. The plot reminded me of the film Pretty Women. The Kiss Quotient was both romantic and funny. I highly recommend every romance reader tries this.
