I was not sure what to expect but this was definitely not it, Kiss Quotient exceeded any expectations I may have had. The story of Stella and Michael isn’t like any other romance I’ve read. It’s funny and relatable, pulling at your heart strings one minute, and making your belly ache with laughter the next minute. It also has the added benefit of bringing awareness to the topic of Aspergers which is not never really discussed in literature, which is a real shame as it is not a dirt word or condition. Although it does take a little while to get going it is worth every minute, it is quite possibly one of the best romances I’ve read this year. I must really congratulate the author on her ability to so beautifully involving us in Sarah and Michaels life in a way that feels like we’re just as involved in their story as they are. If this isn’t on your ready list it should be!
