Well written prologue detailing the circumstances of Sadie Loman's death with several intriguing questions which hook the reader into the rest of the book. The setting and the cover of the book are very atmospheric and convey a feeling of mystery and threat. I definitely want to read the rest of this book to find out the back story about Avery, Parker, Connor and Sadie.
