I love a psychological thriller, particularly when it's written in the first person, getting inside the head of the narrator.
From the opening paragraph, the story starts to move quickly, the scene is set of a wealthy, aspirational beachside area, but already various characters are being introduced that make me a little uncomfortable.
I'm intrigued to find out where this novel is going next, but if it keeps up this early pace, it should be a very good read.
