There is something claustrophobic and ineffably creepy about this book. honestly it feels more like a Stephen King bestseller than anything else. This is a compliment to the author, and not a back-handed one either. I could feel my skin crawling in places and yet the words themselves are so innocuous, it is the way they are strung together that does it.
