This book kept me on the edge of my seat and kept me turning the page wanting to know what happens. I could not put it down!
The characters were well written and each held a place within the book. Each character held some form of secret and the twist at the end I did not expect. The main character, Avery, had depth, strength and a sense of independence that kept me wanting to read.
The book was written brilliantly, changing from the previous year to the present. This gave insight into the story line and provided the reader with a joint aspect as to what happened to Sadie and the minutes leading up to her death.
