Thanks to Readers First & Atlantic giving me a copy of this book to read and review. Thoughts: One of the fast passing, unable to stop reading, thriller I’ve read! Wow! There was so many twists and turns and I never expected what came next. I really liked the main character you really felt her emotions. I really liked how the writer ended each chapter like a cliff hanger, I was up late reading this as I couldn’t put it down. It tells two stories to which I liked Summer 2017 before Sadie died and Summer 2018 After Sadies death then at the end Summer 2019 as to what happened next. Everything tied in so well. So cleverly written, I love books you can’t put down. Can’t wait to read more of Megan Miranda’s books! The synopsis is: Littleport, Maine is like two separate towns: a vacation paradise for wealthy holidaymakers and a simple harbour community for the residents who serve them. Friendships between locals and visitors are unheard of - but that's just what happened with Avery Greer and Sadie Loman. Each summer for a decade the girls are inseparable - until Sadie is found dead. When the police rule the death a suicide, Avery can't help but feel there are those in the community, including a local detective and Sadie's brother Parker, who blame her. Someone knows more than they're saying, and Avery is intent on clearing her name before she's branded a killer.
