Full of twists
This book does it's best to trick you into thinking you've got it all worked out but keeps you guessing until the end.
Set in a sleepy little coastal resort this book explores the lies and cover ups that a family and community will go to in order to maintain the status quo. The main characters are rich and well developed, however some of the side characters who do play a part in the story could do with some added attention. The plot is good and in most places is pacey enough to keep a readers attention turning from page to page although there are some sections which are needlessly drawn out.
A good book and a great holiday mystery but not a book I'd return to over and over again.
