I thought this was a good story which kept me turning the page. It had a good plot to it and some twists and turns that I didn't see coming. Unfortunately though it lacked a bit of depth at times, not everything gets fully explained. We follow two friends, Avery and Sadie but at the beginning we learn that Sadie died one year earlier and Avery wonders if her friend really did commit suicide or was she murdered. The story jumps between a couple of timelines, present day and one year earlier where there was a party and Sadie disappears. Thoughout the story Avery revisits the party in her head and this gets rather repetitive and got annoying at times. I unfortunately didn't connect to any of the characters as I didn't think we learnt enough about them to care. I would recommend this book if you like a plot rather than character driven story.
