This novel ' The last house guest ' was a gripping , suspenseful , unavoidable , irresistible and - last but not least- an awesome book.
At first I didn't expect it to be an addictive story , but the moment i read the first few pages I knew i was not going to put it down. This is the first Meghan Miranda book I have read. Her style of writing was good. The story is narrated by the key character Avery Greer, so basically it is a first person narrative which is really interesting as we can look at the whole thing through the eyes of the person who is herself living through the situations rather than a third person who is not in the story.
The plot was amazing and unpredictable each and every page unraveling new secrets and mysteries. Each character with their own interesting personalities.
I enjoyed the world of the Loman's and Avery's. I recommend this book to everyone who is looking for a book of suspense.
