This is completely different to my usual reads, I’m still unsure if I’ll like it as it so out of my comfort zone. However, a change is good, already I want to know more. I think this will be a heart- breaking read, but as the author says, if stories are only told by the people who were there, eventually they will fade and be forgotten. Hiroshima is far too important for that to happen- we need to learn from history.
