The cover and title are very attractive and drew me in initially.
It was a surprise to see the author's note here, then poetically layed out beginning and very little of the actual story. As important as the authors note may be, it makes it more difficult to judge the actual contents.
I am quite optimistic about this book though and hope it lives up. I has started well so far.
